Jim Wood is uniquely qualified to teach young people about real estate investing. He is an active real estate investor and currently the head of the Real Estate Program at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Jim teaches hands-on courses in Real Estate Investing and Residential Property Management and many other courses that enhance business success. Jim is also the founder of the Entrepreneurship program at Cincinnati State and teaches students how to utilize multiple streams of income to become wealthy. He is a regular speaker at high schools on his favorite topic, Becoming Rich in America. Jim has been buying, selling, renovating and renting properties in the Greater Cincinnati area since 1990.
