Todd Smith is uniquely qualified to teach young people about real estate investing, as he bought his first investment property at just age 20, as a sophomore in college. Now Todd is a well-known real estate investing expert in the Columbus, Ohio area, and has been buying, selling, and renting properties in Columbus since the early 1990's.
He is the President and founder of the Columbus Property Investors Association, CPIA.
