Since our Sponsor package costs less than, say, running a 1/8th page, non-targeted display ad in the city paper or mailing 5,000 letters to a purchased list (and since our attendees are sooooo much more qualified to be customers of your business!) getting one of these packages is clearly a great use of your marketing/sales dollar. Every vendor in our expo gets a 6-foot table/display area to meet and greet potential customers throughout the 3 day event. With your good signage and an interesting display (and our detailed handout showing the location and service offered by each vendor), many attendees will approach your booth just because you have a product or service they’re interested in. Because the attendees CAN’T be qualified to win your doorprize without leaving you their contact information, most will come to you if for no other reason than to drop their business cards in your collection box, giving you the chance to practice your “elevator speech” and snare them with your great come-on. Send your best networkers to “work” the table, and you’ll be sure to talk to hundreds.

If you’re web-saavy, you already know that links TO your site from other sites drive your webpage up in the rankings of all search engines. For certain types of products and services, the “the more you tell, the more you sell”. That’s why we give our Platinum-level sponsors the opportunity to do up to two 30-45 minute “lunchtime presentations” to our attendees.
During your choice of breakfast or lunch, we’ll provide you with food to feed 50-75 people, give you meeting space for one hour, put you on the schedule, and let you pitch to whoever you attract. You get to choose who attends your free breakfast or lunch presentation by handing out the invitations we provide. When your representatives identify the attendees seriously interested, they can give them a personal invitation to enjoy a free meal and learn more about your company.
