We've Set Some Strict Rules About Who Can Attend:
There won't be any newbie or dilettante investors here—only serious, super-experienced people who have something to add to YOUR business. In order to attend, you must:
- Have been investing in real estate or a closely related investment FULL TIME for a minimum of 5 years. Your experience can be in residential, commercial, notes and mortgages, tax liens, or any combination of the above, but you must have earned a living in it for at least 5 years.
- You must have completed a minimum of 50 deals. It takes at least this level of experience for you to be able to understand and contribute to the discussions; to be fair to all, we need you to be able to do both.
- You must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement, and agree to share as much as you're shared with! We expect that many unique strategies will be shared in this meeting, and we expect you to keep them to yourself. And when you can help other attendees with YOUR knowledge and experience, we expect you to do so!

Ed Wachsman is a 25 year veteran of the real estate business who's been involved in just about any kind of residential deal you can imagine—single families, multi families, mobile homes, money partnering, rentals, rehabs, wholesale deals, selling homes creatively and buying them creatively.
